Important Notice for Participants in Sports Programs who wear Glasses

For participants safety the OGRCC recommends:

(i) that all players/families consult their eye doctor concerning apppropriate eyewear; and

(ii) that all  players who wear glasses while participating in OGRCC athletic programs and all functionally one-eyed participants wear safety glasses to reduce the risk of eye injury while participating in an OGRCC athletic program.

The OGRCC reserves the right to refuse to allow a player to participate in an OGRCC athletic activity while wearing glasses that are not safety glasses

Soccer

Proper athletic clothing (shorts/sweats), cleats, shin guards, water/drink, and a soccer ball (size 4 up to age 12, size 5 for age 12 and up, Little stars/Tots may use size 3).

Tae Kwon Do

For first class please wear loose comfortable clothing, contact OGRCC for uniform requirements.

Tennis

Rugby

Mouthguard required.

Contact (head guards are recommended)

Field Hockey

A Field Hockey stick, shin guards, and mouth guard are required

Magic Dance
