OGRCC Directors

Mickey Kydes – Program Director

Played professional soccer from 1987 – 1996 in Europe and the United States , also a member of the United States National Team in 1987. Retired from professional soccer in 1996 from the NY/NJ MetroStars of Major League Soccer. Grew up playing youth travel soccer in Norwalk , CT where he played four years as a High School starter. Two time All-American at Long Island University where he graduated with a degree in Marketing. Inducted in to the Long Island University Hall of Fame in 2005. President and Founder of Mickey Kydes Soccer Enterprises (MKSE), established in 1996 with over 300 children participating; MKSE has now grown to over six thousand children participating in it's various programs. Also, the president and founder of the Beachside of CT Boys Premier program established in 1994. He is a United States Soccer Federation ‘A' and ‘Youth' level licensed coach. William Whittaker – Assistant Program Director

Head Boy's soccer coach at Rye Country Day School . He is a United States Soccer Federation ‘B' level licensed coach and holds an NSCAA Advanced National Diploma. Aside from directing the U9-U12 Beachside Juniors Developmental Program, William currently coaches the U16 Beachside Premier team. Coached the top twenty nationally ranked U17-U18 Beachside team. In charge of MKSE's day to day soccer operational programs.

Jorge Acosta – Travel Coaching Director & U11 Boys Blue

He was a member of the United States National team in 1992-93. He has played professional soccer in MISL, USISL and in the first division league in Columbia , South America . He is a United States Soccer Association 'B' license coach. OGRCC rec director for the past 7 years and will be in his first year as OGRCC travel coaching director. Coach of the U10 Boys and the U11 Boys state championship OGRCC travel team in 2004-05. Coaching in the MKSE organization since 1998.

Pete Doneit – OGRCC Goalkeeper Coach

Played four years at Division 1 powerhouse Hartwick College and two seasons in the USISL with Grand Rapid Explosion and Lansing Locomotive. Played with Cape Town Spurs and Witswatersand of South African 1 st division. Has worked at summer camps throughout the United States and is the current Beachside U13 premier team head coach. Will also run the WSA Goalkeeping Clinics. A United States Soccer Federation ‘D' level licensed coach. Assistant coach for the University of Bridgeport mens soccer team. Coaching in the MKSE organization for the last 2 years.

Roger Chavez – U10 Boys & Girls Blue

Played professional soccer in the MISL, NPSL and USISL. A 1st team division I All-American in college and top goal scorer for the world famous Tahuichi youth club from Bolivia , South America . Two time All-American at Long Island University . Inducted in to the Long Island University Hall of Fame in 2005. He is a United States Soccer Association 'B' license coach. Coach of the U9 Boys and Girls OGRCC travel teams in 2004-05 and rec program director in 2004-05. Coaching in the MKSE organization since 1997.

Miguel Antelo – U12 Boys & Girls

Played professional soccer for eight years in his homeland country Bolivia , South America . A former Long Island University college player standout . Director of his own soccer academy in Bolivia and holds a Bolivian federation soccer license. Coached the U12 Boys & Girls OGRCC travel teams and in the rec program in 2004-05.Coaching in the MKSE organization since 2003.

Luis Carvajal – U9 Girls Blue & U10 Boys White

Played semi-professional soccer in his homeland country Colombia , South America and in the New York & New Jersey soccer leagues. Coached for 8 years in the New Jersey travel, select and ODP programs. A United States Soccer Federation ‘D' level licensed coach. Coached the U10 Boys & U10 Girls OGRCC travel teams and in the rec program in 2004-05. Coaching in the MKSE organization since 2001.

Keegan Peck – U11 Girls

Playing soccer since she was seven years old. A two year started in High School and holds record for most assists for a defender. During her college years Keegan p layed 4 years on Women's SUNY New Paltz Soccer Team where she was the second leading scorer in 2001-2002. 2001 she was named to the SUNYAC All-American Team. Graduated from SUNY New Paltz in December 2004 with a degree in Art Education. Has been coaching camps and clinics to players ages 5 – 14 since 1998. Coach of the U11 OGRCC travel team in 2004-05. Coaching in the MKSE organization since spring 2005.

Tony Pajuelo – U9 Boys Blue & U11 Boys White

Tony started his professional playing career at the age of 20 in 1983. In 1987 his club in ‘San Agustin' was the Peruvian Champion and participated in the famous South American Championship called ‘Copa Liberatores' (Liberty Cup). That same year Tony was called up to play for the Peruvian National team. Came to the United States in 1989 where he continued to play in the semi pro league, and coaching youth clinics and camps in New Jersey . He is a United States Soccer Association 'C' license coach. Coached the U9 Boys & U11 Girls OGRCC travel teams and in the rec program in 2004-05. Coaching in the MKSE organization since 2002.

Jamie Calderon – U9 Boys White & U10 Girls White

A member of the Youth national Team of Ecuador, South America . Played 5 years as a professional for Club National in Ecuador . Coached clinics for the Paul Riley soccer school in Long Island from 2001-03. Coached the U11 Boys & U9 Girls OGRCC travel teams and in the rec program in 2004-05. Coaching in the MKSE organization since 2003.

Osualdo Fuentes – U9 Boys Gold (Co Coach)

Ozzie was a 4 year varsity starting player at Don Basco High school in New Jersey . Played club soccer for Colso where the team won the U17 New Jersey state championship. Currently plays semi pro for Joventud Juniors of New Jersey. Coached in many clinics and camps in newJersey before joining MKSE. Has been coaching in the OGRCC rec program for the last 2 years. Coaching in the MKSE organization since 2003.

Amir Hashemisohi – U9 Boys Gold (Co Coach)

Known to everybody as ‘Mike'. Played college soccer at St. Mary's college in California from 1978-1981 and University of San Francisco from 1981-1982. Coached at the Rudy Soccer Club of North Jersey, P.A.L. in Lincoln Park , New Jersey and Passaic Peru of North Jersey where he was three time league champion in 2001, 2002, and 2003. Also coached at Jorge Acosta Soccer Academy Camp in summer of 2005.Coached in the OGRCC rec program for the last year. Coaching in the MKSE organization since the fall 2004.
