All required documentation (medical forms, permission slips, etc.) must be received at the OGRCC office by
Friday, June 4th. No Exceptions!

* Forms received after due date are subject to a $25 late fee. Please note: Children will not be allowed to attend camp if forms are not received in the OGRCC office by June 4th.

Campers are divided into the
Following age groups:

3 year olds **
4-5 year olds
6-10 year olds

Age as at April 1st 2010, no exceptions

All requests for group placing  must be received in writing by the OGRCC office a minimum of 2 weeks before the session starts.  NO REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THAT DATE OR AT CAMP

** 3 year olds must be toilet trained ***
Children must not have any difficulty being separated from parent in order to attend.

Location: Children should be dropped off at the parking lot adjacent to “The Grove” behind the main concession stand. NO EARLIER THAN 9.20AM. No Staff is on duty before that time.

BRING EACH DAY:
Beach Bag
Sweatshirt or jacket
Towel
Lunch with an unbreakable thermos NO JUICE BOXES OR BROWN PAPER BAGS (DUE TO GEESE AND SEAGULLS!)

WEAR EACH DAY:
CAMP T-SHIRT (given out first day of session)
Bathing Suit
Shorts or Slacks
Sneakers
NO FLIP FLOPS

Sandpipers is licensed under the State of Connecticut Department of Health Services maintaining strict health and supervision guidelines.

Counselors are assigned to campers offering arts & crafts, games, music, nature & exploring the beauty of Tod’s Point. Other activities include swimming taught by an instructor certified in Lifeguard Training. Each camper receives a T-shirt and an enjoyable outdoor experience that will never be forgotten.

The camp meets Monday through Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Tod’s Point (Greenwich beach card holder or daily fee required to enter). A late pick up charge of $10 per 15 minutes or any part thereof will be assessed for each child, no exceptions. Fridays are used for make-up days.

Fee: $260 per two-week session (OGRCC membership required)
(limited enrollment)

1st Session June 29 - July 8 (no camp July 5, makeup July 2+9)
2nd Session July 12 - July 22
3rd Session July 26 - Aug 5
4th Session Aug 9 - Aug 19
session 4 is only for those campers
who have attended one of the previous sessions
